Due to the coronavirus threat, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan recommended that all international sports events should be cancelled. 
The organisers of the 4th Asian Paragliding Accuracy Championships (FAI ID 13577), in agreement with the CIVL and FAI, have decided to suspend for now the event at least until July 1, 2020. Alternative solutions are being studied: postponement to a later date or cancellation. The organisers and the CIVL will keep you informed of the decision taken as soon as possible.
