Elite Pilots to Compete in International Helicopter Races 2025 in Poland
From 12-15 June 2025, helicopter pilots will gather in Płock, Poland for the International Helicopter Races, a unique competition showcasing precision flying, teamwork, and aerial skill.
The competition, held at Płock Airport (EPPL), will bring together both experienced and up-and-coming pilots, including international teams and, for the first time in many years, Polish military pilots. Participants will compete in the two helicopter competition disciplines of Slalom and Fender Rigging, testing their flying accuracy and control.
Beyond the thrill of competition, the event aims to promote helicopter aviation, highlighting its role in rescue operations, safety, and transport. Organised by Stowarzyszenie Lotnicze Helisport, the International Helicopter Races also serves as a platform to encourage young pilots and foster international cooperation in the aviation community.
