Organizers of future FAI Category 1 events are invited to fill in the new Bid Template that is now published in CIVL documents.  The new template is adapted to the new Organizer agreement. The Guidelines are included in the Template so now we have 1 document instead of 2. 

CIVL insists on the fact that the organizers while filling in the bid must follow and answer all items. If bidders want to add anything, it is done separately (item 36).
Having the same structure will allow the delegates to review and compare the bids easier.

The budget document was also updated.
