Bio
The fun factor is key for Strohmeier when it comes to this sport. Having initially got into drone racing in 2021 with his friends, he fell in love with the speed and adrenaline, but also enjoyed the technical side of building his own drones.
One of his highlights so far has been travelling to compete in the MultiGP Champs 2024 in Florida, USA: "I had the chance to race with pilots from all over the world and made a lot of new friends." Whilst of course he takes competition seriously, he also sees the bigger picture, saying, "For me, it’s not just about flying a perfect race, it’s also absolutely important to have a lot of fun on every race. Enjoying every moment is what makes this sport truly special."
Without a doubt this team player will have a great time racing against the other competitors at The World Games this year!
Other activities
Strohmeier is currently a 10th grade student. Drone racing isn't his only fast-paced sport, he also plays junior ice hockey.

"My goals for The World Games 2025 are to compete at my best and achieve a top 15 ranking."
How often do you train?
"I usually train every weekend on Saturday and Sundays and sometimes on Fridays if possible."
What are your hopes for the competition?
"I expect to have a great race and enjoy the experience."
